Recipe:
Naan - Indian flat bread

Prep/Cooking Time:
2 hours

Ingredients:
1 c. yogurt
3 c. flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
tsp. Salt


Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add yogurt, knead.
Place in bowl, cover with damp cloth and warm for 1 hrs.
Divide into 9 to 10 parts. Roll out.
Cook in ungreased pan then put under broiler until puffed.
